Expertise. Kindness. Compassion. Genuine Care.
Connecting your experiences, to our expertise
We are a small team of highly experienced mental health professionals who specialise and work with children, young people and their families, and young adults up to the age of 25. Every clinician has at least 10 years experience in the NHS as a post-qualified mental health professional or demonstrable equivalent, or have gained similar experience in the Education sector.
After working together for years in the NHS and disheartened by the length of waiting lists, underfunding and poor management, we have wanted to bring the best experiences of the NHS to you in a way that is fast, effective and with compassion. It’s essential for us that you feel that you have been heard and that we have understood you.
You are in safe hands
We follow a simple litmus test when asking clinicians to join us: “would I want my children or family member to be treated by this clinician?”
All clinicians:
Hold appropriate professional registration (HCPC, GMC etc.)
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Current DBS certification
Receive regular supervision and clinical support
Drawing on years of experience, we will jointly assess with you the issue that you are coming for help with, create a plan and intervene using the best suited, evidenced approach. If you require a specialist assessment, this can be arranged. If you already know who you need to see, no problem. If there are concerns around risk, unlike other private mental health providers, we can probably work with you but will guide you to the correct service if not.

Lucy
Lucy Rosenstein - Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist
Lucy is Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working across state and private primary and secondary schools, as well as in a specialist adolescent mental health service.
Lucy’s core training is psychodynamic, but she believes that it is important to have a range of tools and think carefully about what level of work and approaches are most appropriate for the child or young person in the room with her, instead of trying to fit everyone into one particular way of working. She is committed to continuous development, both as a professional and as a human being, and is always curious to learn more. She is particularly drawn to ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and CFT (Compassion-Focussed Therapy) as they both are grounded in mindfulness and self-compassion. Her approach is informed by neuroscience, attachment theory and is trauma-aware.
Lucy has completed extensive additional training, most recently earning a Specialist Diploma in Neurodiversity-Informed Practice. She is passionate about working with neurodivergent young people and their families in an affirmative, experience-sensitive, and empowering way.
She offers assessments, individual therapy (short-term and long-term) and parent consultations. In schools, she provides supervision and workshops for professionals, including teachers and pastoral staff.
